This is a 6-week structured process we move through together — with space to meet what’s real for you.

We move through key layers of emotional eating together — while also working with what is happening for you in real time.

You’re not left alone to figure it out. You’re supported as things unfold.
And you’re not asked to follow something rigid.

It’s a space where we look together at what has been driving your patterns —
and gently begin to shift it from the inside.

We’re not using discipline or a strict plan here. What your body and mind respond to is safety.

And when your system begins to feel safe enough,
it no longer needs to hold on to everything in the same way.

Nothing here needs to be forced.
We work with what’s already present — and allow it to shift.


What this work focuses on

We explore what is underneath your relationship with food:

  • the pressure your system has been carrying
  • the moments where you leave yourself
  • the role food has been playing in safety and permission
  • how cravings are experienced and responded to
  • how your body moves toward balance when pressure softens

At the same time, we gently support your daily rhythm:

  • bringing more steadiness into nourishment
  • reducing urgency and inconsistency
  • allowing your body to feel supported, not controlled

The process we move through

This work unfolds in stages.

There’s no need to move through this perfectly.
Your system will naturally find its own progression.


Stage 1 — Awareness

You begin by seeing yourself more clearly.

Understanding your patterns.
Recognizing what your body has been carrying.

Without pressure to change anything yet.


Stage 2 — Stability

We create a sense of steadiness.

In your emotions.
In your nourishment.
In your daily rhythm.

Your system begins to feel safer.


Stage 3 — The Shift

As safety increases, something starts to change.

Your relationship with food softens.
Your body begins to respond differently.

New patterns start to emerge.


Stage 4 — Meeting Resistance

We gently work with what still feels stuck.

Cravings.
Old habits.
Inner resistance.

Instead of forcing change, we begin to understand what’s underneath — and from there, things start to shift.


Stage 5 — Returning to Balance

You begin to trust your body more.

Even when things fluctuate.

You learn how to return to steadiness without starting over.


Stage 6 — A New Rhythm

A more natural way of living begins to take shape.

Eating feels calmer.
Movement feels more intuitive.
Your body feels more like a place you can trust.

The structure

  • 6 weeks of private support
  • 6-week stuctured guidance
  • message-based guidance (once a day)
  • two private calls (opening + integration)

I open one space at a time,
so this work remains steady, personal, and deeply supportive.


Investment

This private space is €997 for six weeks of one-to-one support.
